Concepts Blue & Yellow Lobster Nike SB Dunks

The Blue Lobster Dunk SB will be bagged, tagged and sealed in a HAZMAT foam container. Each pair will be joined by an official Nike SB tee, hang tag and lace lock. The first 200 pairs will come with 1 of 2 Concepts x Alien Workshop skate decks, with a release scheduled for Saturday, June 20, 2009, at 11:00 am, at $250.00 USD. Concepts will also be raffling off a pair of the original Red Lobster from 2008. Raffle tickets will be sold for $10 each and the drawing will be held immediately following the release on June 20th.

The “Blue Loster” Dunk SB has been launched officially last saturday at Concepts. According to the interview, the assortment rate of getting a Yellow Lobster is only 2%, 1 of 50, at the limited packaging Blue Lobster release. There were 250 pair at release, so 5 of them are yellow, and 245 are just blue lobsters. Yellow lobsters are one of the rarest lobsters in the world. You have a 1 in 30 million chance of catching one, rare genetic mutation produces yellow lobsters.

Nike Luxurious Dunk Package

Nike has created a set of 100 strictly limited luxury Dunks - exclusively for selected Music lovers. This product will not be for sale.

The luxurious Dunks are made of patent leather with details that play with the colors Black, Red and Gold. Special features of the model are the use of 3M ScotchliteTM and a checkered midsole. Another special element of the shoe is the Zoom cushioning that is normally used in Nike SB Dunks.

This special Dunk comes together with a “Be True” Shirt, a suitcase trolley and a special Dunk Hoody and will be given only to one hundred carefully selected guests on the occasion of the MTV Music Awards in Munich. The personal hand over will take place at Nike’s Dunk Studio – a temporary studio space located in Munich’s Glockenbach neighbourhood.

The studio showcases the universe of this sneaker Icon from its first days to contemporary executions such as selected styles of the Nike Sport Culture Spring 08 Collection.

Nike "Bling Bling" Dunk Lows

These are the Nike Dunk Low Bling Bling pack which features brown and black suede on the upper, plus golden 3M reflective leather with diamond monogram. It will drop in asia during October to December. I like the sole on these.

Freddy Kreuger DUNKS R.I.P.

It is with great sorrow (and the certain knowledge that this will increase the hype around any samples of this shoe floating around out there) that I must announce here on Kicks-n-Jams the CANCELLATION of the Nike SB "Freddy Kreuger" Dunks. I have it (straight from the horses mouth) (a little bird told me) on unimpeachable authority that Nike has been served with an injunction from the Nightmare On Elm Street owners, New Line Cinema. It always comes down to the money and I guess New Line wanted more than Nike was willing to pay.
This just seems like a dumb move on New Line's part. Wouldn't the shoe increase awareness of their property and once again re-invent freddy? Whatever the reason, don't go lookin for the shoe anywhere but on ebay because it isn't comin' "To A Store Near You" this holiday season.

November Rain Nike SB Mid Dunk

I've been hearing about a possible Guns N Roses dunk from Nike for a while now. Well we finally have some pics to go along with the rumors. via Colmilludo

The Dunk Mid includes a black/gray/red upper and rose detailing on the tongue and insole as well.

I don't know when this is gonna drop but you gotta assume they'll hold it 'till November. Right???
